WHERE ARE WE

Boa Onda Guesthouse is situated in Concolação, Peniche, a charming village along the stunning coastline known as “the Silver Coast of Portugal''.

Rustic village life meets modern beach life in this little town. To the south you can enjoy a rocky coastal scene while to the north the stunning dunes are a perfect hideout for sun seeking visitors.

The guesthouse is neighbouring to the famous surf spot called Supertubos. But fear not - Peniche has conditions for every surf level, making it an ideal place to start or continue your practice of surfing.

Within Concolação you can find everything you need, from restaurants with delicious Portuguese cuisine, supermarkets, beach bars, shops, a golf course and more. With a short bike- or car drive, Peniche city can be explored and enjoyed.

Concolação can easily be reached by the bus which stops just outside the guesthouse. If you prefer to go by car - it is a one-hour drive from Lisbon and there is parking just next to the guesthouse, free of charge.

È stata la prima volta per me in una guesthouse.. con timori dati dal fatto che viaggiavo sola con mio figlio di 9 anni..
ESPERIENZA INDIMENTICABILE!!
la fantastica Gabriela mi ha guidato, consigliato, supportato e sopportato già settimane prima della partenza, trovando soluzioni e pianificando al massimo il mio soggiorno.
Arrivata in struttura a notte tarda , grazie alle indicazioni avute in anticipo, ho trovato sia il taxi che le istruzioni per accedere alla stanza con un dolcissimo messaggio di benvenuto della grande Gabri!
La stanza con bagno privato è accanto alla
Reception, ma nel mood del posto al mattino si è comunque già in piedi per approfittare delle lezioni sapientemente organizzate dallo staff, quindi non è una limitazione.
Ottime le semplici e salutari colazioni (top la torta di pesca di Gaia.. mio figlio ne ha fatto scorpacciata)
Professionali, Amichevoli , super simpatici e disponibili gli istruttori di surf Joao e Nuno.. “numero uno”.. hanno saputo trasmetterci quei trick essenziali per migliorare quanto sapevamo fare..
dolcissima Marianna, disponibile a cambiar turno pur di soddisfare la nostra richiesta di aver ricordi fotografici della vacanza..
Riccardo.. un pazzo!!!😂😂 le sue lezioni di skate surf un’esperienza sia per chi lo faceva per la prima volta.. sia per chi semplicemente assisteva!
Ci siamo sentiti a casa.. nonostante avessimo età diverse dagli ospiti, siamo stati accolti e benvoluti da tutti..
trovare un posto accessibile anche con bambini non grandissimi non è cosa scontata, soprattutto considerato che le attività si sono adattate alle nostre esigenze senza limitazione alcuna!!
non vediamo l’ora di tornare perchè il gusto che ci portiamo dietro è di qualcosa talmente di bello che si fa fatica a farne a meno!
Tutto super consigliato!!!

Le petit déjeuner est royal et varie tous les jours, c'est un régal ! De quoi nous nourrir pour nos leçons de surf !
J'ai également adoré mes leçons de surf, les moniteurs sont top, pro, et super sympa.
Cette semaine a été l'occasion pour moi de découvrir le yoga. C'était appréciable après les séances de surf, et finalement c'est ce qui me manque le plus depuis que je suis rentrée!! 😂
L'endroit est parfait pour se détendre, prendre du temps pour soi...
Le petit marché quotidien, les petits commerces de Consolaçao sont suffisants pour ne pas avoir à bouger plus loin. Le tout à pied!
Et que dire de cette magnifique plage pour faire la sieste ou admirer le coucher de soleil.......
C'est vraiment un super endroit et j'y ai passé un excellent moment. Les surfers rencontrés à la guesthouse étaient tous très sympa, l'ambiance est cool et détendue.

There is a good vibe in this place. We had three soothing yoga sessions. Two of them made us realise that Yin Yoga is our form of yoga. There were good instructors.
We were lucky with the people that stayed at the same time as us, lovely people, lots of laughs.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good with many options that varied between the days. Was nice to be able to grab a fruit and coffee whenever.

We had four days of nice weather.We had very good conditions especially two of the days for beginners. The surf instructors were good, kind and patient.

Grazie a loro ho potuto inziare a surfare con una short. (Servizi) Bellissimo che puoi noleggiare l'attrezzatura quando vuoi e cucinarti molte volte quando puoi. Ho inziato il check-in con la dolcissima e bravissima gabriella che mi ha spiegato tutto bene. The breakfast had a base of granola and bread with varying items like fruit cake, shakshuka or baked granola. There’s tea and coffee available throughout the day. The rooms didn’t have hair dryer. Surf lessons were amazing, we were beginners, but when we got hang of the waves we required less attention - the instructors were engaging and helpful, so I can only say positive things.
