The Rip Curl Pro Portugal, as mentioned, is an official stage in the world surf league in which the best surfers in the world participate. Among all the stages of the world tour, the one held in Peniche is the 2nd destination in Europe and always one of the most awaited because of the beauty of the Supertubos. When will there be the Rip Curl Pro Portugal ?
As you have already seen from the calendar, the event will be held from 16 to 28 October, since at that time of year there are the most suitable conditions to play surfing competitions.
Where Rip Curl Pro Portugal will take place ?
Rip Curl Pro Portugal will take place at the towns of Peniche and Cascais. Along the beaches of these two resorts, the best surfers on the planet will compete for the category prize between one trick and another. The beaches chosen for this stage of the world of surfing, are certainly very popular with passionate surfers. For those unfamiliar with the area, here it is:
